Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I receive my template? Since this is a digital product, you receive access immediately! As soon as your payment clears, you will receive an email from Grahfverdos with a PDF file. Open that PDF, and click the big button inside to access your template directly in Canva.

2. Do I need a paid Canva subscription? No! Our templates are designed to work with the FREE version of Canva. You do not need to pay for Canva Pro to edit photos, text, or colors.

3. Will anything be shipped to my house? No. All Grahfverdos products are 100% Digital Downloads. You will not receive a physical magazine in the mail. You edit the file yourself and can print it at home or a local print shop (like Staples or Walgreens).

4. Can I get a refund if I change my mind? Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once the files have been downloaded, we cannot "return" them. However, if you are having technical trouble opening the file, please contact us and we will help you resolve it immediately.

5. Where should I print my magazine? For the best results, we recommend printing your final design at a professional shop like Staples, Office Depot, or a local print shop. Ask for "Glossy Magazine Paper" or "Premium Brochure Paper" for that authentic look.
